My inverter is running at over 65C and too hot to touch, anyone else see this after a sunny day?

Which model - 5.0 or 3.6KW? Where is it installed? Indoors/Outdoors/Loft?
Our 3.6 gen 2 (in detached garage) gets maxes out at about 45C after an hour or so, when fully discharging the battery to grid. The top is warm, but not uncomfortably so.
Mine gets up to 80c when running at max
I had a calibration run last week and Givenergy support said that it was fine at that temperature.

The PC fans I fitted above my inverters (see about half way down that thread) are doing fine, here's today's graphs, the inverters pretty much stay at 40 degrees which is my target temperature:


My solution as my inverter whilst not getting as hot, was approaching 50deg C, the fans have dropped the temps by 8-10 degrees C
The fans are from Argos if it helps, and on a timer from 00:00 - 20:00


Before the x2 Argos desk fans added, and the battery charging from 00:00 - 07:00

My inverter temps continue to show a drop of 18 - 20 deg C after I installed the two fans

The fans kick in at midnight and now run to 20:00
Just popped two PC 120mm fans on top of mine as a starter for 10, tempted by @Midlands_Solar solution
matttheotter my fans are definitely off more than they are on now that the solar has dropped off as has outside temperatures have dropped. Keeping the inverters steadily below 40 degrees.
I need the reverse solution for the batteries now !
I have 2 of these (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0B38KFVZX?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) sat on the top of a 5kW hybrid blowing down, cut the USB off and fed them from a 12v transformer controlled via HA using a shelly relay, come on/off as required. pretty quiet and keeping the temps nicely under control.
Fridgeman very similar to my own solution published on another thread, except I put the fans at the bottom blowing up across the back of the inverter. But yes, wired off a 12v transformer controlled with a shelly relay and HA.
I set them up as climate controls in HA so the whole turn on and off as required is automatic, didn’t need a custom automation.
