Does anyone know why my system would stop using its battery and import from the grid?
The battery is currently at 63% but is showing as Idle while a 924W import from the grid occurs.
This hasn't happened before to my knowledge, so it's a little strange for it to start behaving this way.
I should say, this is at night with no solar energy generation.
R0ss Try resetting the the inverter to 'default values' in the portal, under inverter, settings tab. See if that gets it going again.

That's an interesting coincidence. I had a similar issue within the last week.
I was able to look back at the log and pinpoint what had occured.

My conclusion was that (somehow?) ECO mode had become disabled.
I found this thread and setting and resetting battery discharge values seems to have resolved things
