Title says it really. I have two batteries that usually show up in the dashboard but just now only one is visible. It looks like it is working although one definitely has a lower charge judging by the lights.
Probably a coincidence but my smart meter also suggests I have imported overnight more from the grid in the last 3-4 days than is usual.
So not sure if there is an issue with the battery, the connections etc., or is it just a software issue with the mobile app...

Yellow Swordfish there has been changes to the latest version of the mobile app (see separate thread) that hides the battery % breakdown. This might be what you are seeing?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a 3rd party app? I am using IOS...

See the thread about the app by the BBC basic developer, Richard T Russell if I recall correctly.
Plus there's another app mentioned somewhere on here but I can't recall the name.
The search facility will hopefully help you find it.

Now - I am far from being that knowledgeable about inverters/batteries/ solar panels etc., but the post you pointed me to mentioned dual inverters whereas I only have one inverter with 2 batteries. Is that the same thing as was being discussed - or perhaps the question should be- will that work for me?
