Changing IOF to ??

Advice appreciated for any answers to question below
I have an 8.4kwp array, GivEnergy 9.5kW batt and 5kW G3 inverter installed since May 23 and I started with inteligent flux later that year but its been suggested intelligent flux is not the best tariff through winter so I want to change.
Stopping with Octopus what would be a good tariff to change to considering my info below?

Without any help I would go back to "flux" over the winter but is there something better?

If you don’t have an EV or a heat pump then you are limited to IOF, Flux or Economy 7 with Octopus.

If your battery will cover most of your typical daily consumption then Economy 7 is a good option. Obviously the more you can shift overnight (washing machine, dishwasher, etc) the better.
Flux is not awful but E7 could be better.

Moving away from Octopus the main contenders seem to be Tomato Energy or Eon Next Drive

I was on Flux but I have been on Agile since January and I am still £500 in credit.
Since then, my average daily rate has been 9.2 kWh.
Agile is a long term tariff and you have to be willing to take the rough with the smooth (and sometimes negative rates).
You have a battery which can keep you off using grid rates 4pm-7pm.

For managing Agile, there are several options that cost, e.g.

1. Wonderwatt, which you are investigating.
   Several on the Agile thread have discussed Wonderwatt.

There are also free options, e.g.

1. Octopus R&D labs.

2. Predbat
   I use Predbat which looks after everything for me. Before I set up Predbat, I was using R&D labs.
   Predbat does take time to set up and requires quite a learning curve.
   I run predbat on a Raspberry Pi but it can run on many different devices, including PCs, Macs, or in containers such as Docker and virtual machines.

Other tariffs
There are some other utilities that have cheaper slots without needing an EV or Heat pump.
And there is also the option of Economy 7 which you can get through Octopus.

So you do have options. You might pick up a lot of advice from the Agile thread.
I hope this gives you some ideas.

Is that likely to increase over the winter (eg heating), or is that likely to remain fairly flat ?

Can you shift high-usage consumption (washing machine, dishwasher, ...) to an off-peak period ?

Where are you on the technophile / technophobe scale ?

Unsure what you filled in? Is your WattID tired-eye? We added you to the IOG beta. Apologies for the delay if that was you. Probably wasn't as you mention you don't have an EV.

For Agile or Flux, all you need is to login with a Google account here at https://app.wonderwatt.com - go to Settings and then fill that out and save.
