Dongle needs

Hi,
Can anyone heme to find out where’s I can find new dongle as Company is saying it needs to replace it.

What warranty do you have and how old is your kit.?
I think we have debated this before on here. If the system will not work without the dongle, then surely the dongle is covered by the warranty.
GivEnergy decided to fit a dongle and not a LAN connection.

Plenty of places on web, but I believe you will need to mess around with some files so the inverter/dongle connect correctly with your account.

It givengery system and just installed on 19-12-23.
I have tried to get help and as it not catching up any signal so they can not do anything and asking for new WiFi dongle.
It crazy by saying only one year warranty and I need to get new one.
Not sure even new one will work but let hope. Have format dongle and MNS file uploaded but no working .
So ordered new

I would tell them to sort it as a warranty claim. Your system will not work without it, GivEnergy supplied it with the inverter. It is an integral part of the kit
