Dashboard has been showing no grid consumption for days now, did the firmware update on my inverter and now the batteries won't discharge at all, can't see house consumption, can't get any response from Givenergy on the whatsapp channel, can't find a phone number to call them, would appreciate any help anyone can give me to get in contact

Campion395 Have you checked the RCD supplying the inverter? A couple of times, that has tripped for me, and the inverter continues to run, powered by the battery, but it shows no grid activity and behaves much as you see. Cannot discharge battery since it has to isolate from the grid. It can charge battery from solar.
If you have the android monitor installed, it shows as an EPS power of non-zero. (That said, I recently got a false alarm triggered for such an outage, and when I checked, EPS was showing as 1W, so perhaps that's just a transient state that can ignored. I think it was of the order of 100W when it did happen for real.)
