Why do Axle energy keep changing my battery charge and discharge times ?
I'm now left with a flat battery this because they disabled overnight charging!!!!

Tabulous ask them, perhaps? I've not actually heard any feedback on their full management offering. I take it they know which tariff you're on. (Incidentally, what tariff is that out of interest?)
Do they have any conflict of interest like IOF, where saving you money doesn't necessarily exactly coincide with earning them money?
DD I'm on BG EV2 so cheap off peak between 12-5am. Yeah when you signup with Axle you upload your current bill etc so they know what your tariff is. I only signed up to get free cloud using if i'm been honest.....
Axle give you free premium cloud access guaranteed £10 per month......
Could be an error. They failed to revert my inverter’s settings a couple of times in events mode, leaving me with flat batteries before I noticed.
Tabulous did you sign up for events-only, or full management? With a straightforward tariff, shouldn't really need the latter.
did anyone elses axle account not get topped up to £10 at the end of May

I joined last week of May.
Nothing paid in, but I am not expecting anything yet.

here is the fight, lol, I reset my settings and there server disabled AC charging and DC Export...... so I've reset them again......What is going on!!

It is therefore important to Axle that your their battery is neither full nor empty. Stop trying to charge their battery!
Try getting in touch with Axle for an explanation.
The agreement with Axle is backwards. You are the supplier! In any normal subscription service the customer pays up front to cover a given period. Axle is your customer.
Imagine saying to a landlord, let me live in your flat for a month and I'll pay you at the end.
You should be charging Axle in advance a fee for so many days access, and then grant them access only when they have paid.
I know that would be too technically challenging for most GE owners, just pointing out the unfair and unusual nature of the agreement with Axle.
Tabulous Are you sure its Axle and not GE smart control?
Hopeful it only started changing once i signed up to them
Tabulous I am in East Anglia and Axle have done nothing to my system at all yet as there haven't been any events. did you check the dispatch mode setting in Axle is events only? Worth checking the GE smart tariff card and app too just to be sure.
Hopeful this did not happen until i sign up with Axle......My system has been running the same for years and now they just keep changing the settings.....
What is GE smart tariff card ?
Tabulous this did not happen until i sign up with Axle
Signing up to Axle also gave you premium access to GE, so two things potentially changed.
Tabulous What is GE smart tariff card ?
Seems that it's not at all obvious that smart scheduling has been enabled.
Another thing to check - a youtuber mentioned that his system was automatically misbehaving and the fix was to check the GE automation BOTH in Local mode AND remote (cloud) mode. His system had automation turned off locally, but turned on in the cloud!
<edit> Cough. er... exactly as DD said above!
